I was born in 1955 in a large town Perm to the west from Ural mountains.
All my ancestors with family Norin lived there. More exactly, they lived
in a small town Visim near Motovilichinskii copper-ore mining and processing
factory (in sixties of the previous century this factory started produce
cannons (indeed howitzers)). Now Visim is a part of Perm.
My grandgrandfather, Alexander Michajlovitch Norin, was born approximately
in 1860's and died in 1940. My grandfather, Nikolay Alexandrovitch Norin,
was born in 1893 and died in 1967. My father, Victor Nikolaevitch Norin, was
borned in 1919 and died in 1987.
I am mathematician (graduated from Moscow State University), have a number of scientific papers and also have a book
Now I am working as system administrator in A/O Bayer (Bayer AG affiliated company in Russia). I am CNE 5, MCSE2000 (and NT 40), MCDBA (SQL 7.0 and SQL 2000), CLP5. My responsibilities are LAN (more then 100 PC), servers with Windows NT (Lotus Notes) and Netware 5.
